Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the engineering department, ensuring efficient and effective project execution
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their professional development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, optimize workflows, and enhance overall productivity
  • Analyze and interpret engineering data to make informed decisions, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to improve performance
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures
  • Engage in strategic planning and contribute to the overall business objectives of the company

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Having work experience in an engineering management or leadership role, preferably within the manufacturing industry and related field experience in Plastics Injection.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Familiarity with engineering software, project management tools, and data analysis techniques
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • New project management, APQP Process expired worked as Tier 1 supplier, Project Feasibility Analysis, Risk Management, QMS (IATF 16949), Lean manufacturing, etc.
  • English Speaking would be advantage.
