Key Responsibilities (Core Workload)

Internal Communication & Branding (30%)

  • ออกแบบและผลิตสื่อสื่อสารองค์กร สำหรับ Line OA "UIH Insider", Email, Intranet "Sea of Opportunities"
  • ช่วยออกแบบ Infographic, Poster และ Video Script สำหรับโปรโมตกิจกรรม/แคมเปญ
  • เข้าร่วมวางแผน Content Calendar ของ Internal Communication รายสัปดาห์

People Engagement (30%)

  • ออกแบบกิจกรรมเพื่อกระตุ้น Employee Engagement ให้เหมาะกับวัฒนธรรมองค์กร
  • ร่วมวางแผน Content & Communication สำหรับโปรโมตกิจกรรม
  • ออกแบบสื่อประกอบกิจกรรม เช่น โปสเตอร์, วิดีโอ, Infographic
  • สนับสนุนการจัดกิจกรรม เช่น Townhall, Engagement Campaign ต่าง ๆ รวมถึงติดตามผลและสรุป Insight

Learning & Development (30%)

  • สนับสนุนการจัด Training ทั้ง Online & Offline
  • จัดทำ Online Learning Content กับ Internal Trainer (งานถ่ายทำ + ตัดต่อเบื้องต้น + อัปโหลดขึ้น LearnSphere
  • ส่งเสริมการเรียนออนไลน์ผ่าน Communication Campaign และสื่อในหลายช่องทาง

HR Operations Support & Employer Branding (10%)

  • สนับสนุนโครงการ Open House
  • ร่วมออกแบบสื่อและกิจกรรมเชิงภาพลักษณ์กับมหาวิทยาลัยพันธมิตร
  • Support ทีม HRBP เพื่อขับเคลื่อนโครงการต่าง ๆ

Learning Opportunities & Exposure

  • ได้เรียนรู้การขับเคลื่อน Culture Transformation ในองค์กรเทคขนาดใหญ่
  • ได้สัมผัสงาน HR ใน Digital Business ทั้ง Engagement, Branding และ L&D
  • มีพี่เลี้ยง ช่วยสอนงานและพัฒนาตลอดระยะฝึกงาน
