Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Innovation Chef located in Bangkok. The Product Innovation Chef will be responsible for developing new food products, creating innovative recipes, and improving existing products. The daily tasks include conceptualizing new product ideas, testing recipes, ensuring product quality, collaborating with other departments such as marketing and production, and staying up-to-date with food trends and industry developments.

Qualifications

  • Strong culinary skills, innovation in recipe development, and experience in food product creation
  • Knowledge of food science, food safety, and quality assurance processes
  • Experience in the food manufacturing industry and understanding of production processes
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines
  • Professional culinary qualifications or relevant experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with Asian cuisine and food trends is a plus
