  1. Responsible for whole achievement of sales targets of the E-commerce platform (Shopee/Lazada etc.)

  2. Responsible for the formulation, recommendation, and implementation of sales forecast, sales plans and strategies, and promotional related to the over-all operation and management of the stores.

  3. Management of daily online store operations, inventory coverage, price approval, photo requirements, upload new SKU and optimizing non-performing SKUs.

  4. Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and other internal parties to develop and manage each product launch, key events, and promotions; fully aligned with branding and global guidance.

  5. Responsible for following up The Brands Digital Sales strategy in cohesion with the overall seamless sales strategy and brand vision including sustainability commitments.

  6. Support E-commerce Manager on developing, implementing, and enhancing ecommerce strategy and website functionality.

  7. Responsible for achieving E-commerce goals within your working scopes.

  8. Review store performance, analyze trends and propose promotional efforts to achieve sales targets.

  9. Drive effective and smooth communication with E-commerce platform category managers, channel managers and project contacts to win resource for new product launch and key events as well as to keep positive relationship with platforms.

  10. Ensure the best consumer experiences of E-commerce platforms via efficient co-working with merchandising, site merchandising, paid media, content marketing, platform leaders and external agency to improve conversion and ROI continuously.

  11. Undertake other duties and responsibility as may assign by the Management from time to time or as when necessary for the effective realizations of the job purpose.

  12. During the course of your duties there will be occasions when the nature of your work will be confidential and under no circumstances may this be discussed within, or outside the office with persons who are not entitled to such information. Breach of this requirement will constitute grounds for immediate disciplinary action or cessation of employment.
