Responsibilities

What's the overall purpose of the job?

  • Exceed the expectations of members and guests in person and over the phone by delivering excellent customer service.
  • Communicate and provide information to members, guests, prospective members and Virgin Active team members.
  • Ensure customer service area and equipment is maintained and presented as laid out in the brand standards.

Requirements

  • Held at least bachelor's degree in relate fields.
  • Minimum 6 months of working experience in Customer Service or related fields
  • Excellent communication (in-person) and service mind
  • MS Office (Outlook) – basic
  • Good command in English
  • Able to work on shift basis and roster.
