Corporate Solution Consultant (B2B Sales)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Work Type: Full-Time | Hybrid

Team: Sales for Corporate Clients (HR / HRD / L&D)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven B2B Sales talent to join our FutureSkill for Business team. You will be responsible for helping organizations upskill their people through LMS Solutions, Future-Ready Online Courses, In-house Training Programs, and Competency Assessment.

You will connect with HR, HRD, and L&D leaders from various industries and be their trusted consultant in shaping learning strategies that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build pipeline through outbound efforts (email, phone call, visit) and existing client expansion
  • Schedule meetings with decision-makers (HR, L&D, BU heads) to present FutureSkill's solutions
  • Prepare compelling proposals, decks, and tailor-made training solutions to suit client needs
  • Lead client meetings, product demos, and close deals to meet sales goals
  • Coordinate with marketing, product teams and account executive (both tech and non-tech) to share customer insights and ensure alignment between client needs and solution development
  • Maintain detailed CRM records and forecast sales accurately
  • Stay updated on HR Tech, EdTech, and Upskilling market trends
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Account Executive, or HR Tech consulting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or any related field
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills – able to simplify complex solutions
  • Good writing and communication skills (Thai/English)
  • Creative mindset with a learning attitude – you love to learn new things
  • Experience in LMS, EdTech, L&D, or SaaS business is a big plus
  • Proficiency with CRM (Zoho, Airtable), Google Workspace, and proposal tools
Nice to Have
  • Passion in people development, Future of work, and Digital skills
  • Experience selling to HR or in training solution business
  • Familiarity with competency frameworks, IDP or HRD projects
