งานประสานงาน (Coordination):

  • เป็นตัวกลางระหว่างทีมขาย ลูกค้า และแผนกอื่น (ผลิต, บัญชี, ส่งของ) เพื่อให้งานส่งมอบสินค้า/บริการตรงตามกำหนด
  • รับเรื่องและประสานงานแก้ไขปัญหา หรือข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า

งานเอกสารและข้อมูล (Documentation & Data Management):

  • จัดทำและติดตามเอกสารสำคัญ เช่น ใบเสนอราคา (Quotation), ใบสั่งขาย (Sales Order), ใบกำกับภาษี, ใบส่งของ
  • บันทึก จัดการฐานข้อมูลลูกค้า (CRM) และรายงานการขาย
  • เตรียมข้อมูลและเอกสารนำเสนอ (Proposal) ให้ทีมขาย.

งานสนับสนุนทีมขาย (Sales Team Support):

  • ช่วยหาข้อมูลลูกค้าเป้าหมาย (Leads) และส่งต่อให้ทีมขาย.
  • วางแผนและทำงานร่วมกับทีมขายเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายยอดขาย.
  • จัดตารางการประชุม, สัมมนา หรือนัดหมายต่างๆ

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

  1. วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. อายุ 22-35 ปี ไม่จำกัดเพศ
  3. มีทักษะ การเจรจา สื่อสาร ที่ดี
  4. เข้าใจการทำงานในธุรกิจ retail เป็นอย่างดี
  5. สามารถจัดลำดับความสำคัญ และ แก้ไขปัญหาเฉาะหน้าได้ดี
  6. มีใจรักบริการ มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าที่ดี
