Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the bakery section, including production planning, inventory, and quality control.
  • Develop and execute creative menus, seasonal offerings, and signature bakery items.
  • Ensure consistency, presentation, and flavor excellence in all bakery products.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise pastry team members, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards in compliance with HACCP and company policies.
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef and F&B team to support events, banquets, and special occasions

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience (at least 5–7 years) working in a high-end pastry or bakery environment, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role such as Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef.
  • Proven track record of managing a pastry kitchen in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or renowned patisserie.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry artistry, and bread-making.
  • Experience with creating and executing seasonal menus, signature desserts, and large-scale banquets/events.
