Key responsibilities

  • Receiving cash, cheques, transfers from clients.
  • Ensure the correctness of cash/withholding tax certificate received from customers.
  • Issue Tax Invoice/Receipts for cash payment.
  • Ensure that cash, cheques and WHT certificates are stored in safe manner.
  • Counting of daily cash received & ensuring agreement to the corresponding report
  • Prepare daily cash received report, sales VAT report, withholding tax reports.
  • Ensure strict compliance with the company policies and procedures for the above activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

  • Male or Female, minimum 21 years old
  • Bachelor's degree or Higher Vocational Certificate in Accounting, Finance and Banking
  • Experienced with computerized spreadsheet and word processing packages e.g. MS Office
  • Ability to work as a part of team.
  • Reasonable level of spoken & written in English
  • Ability to work night shift
