About the Role:

Miracle Group Hotels — a leading name in Thailand's hospitality and airport services — is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to oversee the full spectrum of hotel and airport lounge operations at Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK).

This role is a key executive position responsible for driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial performance across our airport-based hospitality assets, including lounges, transit hotels, and dining outlets.

Key Responsibilities
:


• Lead day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional service standards across all properties at Suvarnabhumi Airport.


• Oversee departmental performance including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Guest Services.


• Implement and monitor operational SOPs to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.


• Collaborate closely with the corporate leadership team to execute strategic initiatives and business goals.


• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to achieve profitability targets.


• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among operational teams.


• Ensure compliance with airport regulations, safety protocols, and brand standards.

Qualifications
:


• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).


• Minimum 10 years of progressive hotel operations experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role (multi-property or complex environment preferred).


• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Proven ability to manage large teams and drive high service performance in a fast-paced setting.


• Experience within airport hotel or lounge operations will be a significant advantage.


• Fluent in both English and Thai; additional languages are a plus.
