Position 1: Senior Marketing & Business Development Executive

Reports to: Business Development Manager

Department: Marketing

Location: KWT (Plant Office)

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage and develop relationships with existing customers and explore new business opportunities.
2. Collect and analyze customer requirements, align with production and engineering teams to ensure feasibility.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and logistics, to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure timely order fulfillment. Review and follow up on project schedules — from RFQ to mass production — ensuring smooth communication with all departments.
4. Understand factory production capacity (stamping / plastic injection) and material flow to support accurate order and shipment planning.
5. Monitor order progress, coordinate shipment schedules, and ensure on-time delivery for export & local customers, including resolving issues related to order fulfillment and product delivery.
6. Support management in business negotiation, price review, and cost-down analysis.
7. Prepare business reports, market analysis, and sales performance updates.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales operation of manufacturing business (preferably metal stamping or plastic injection).
3. Strong understanding of production flow, material planning, and quotation structure.
4. Experience in order management or supply chain processes is a plus.

5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

6. Good business sense, negotiation skill, and customer-oriented mindset.

7. Proficient in English and Chinese communication; candidates with these skills will be given preference.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP/QAD systems is an advantage.
9. Mature, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure.

Position 2: Marketing Executive

Reports to: Senior Executive / Business Development Manager

Department: Marketing

Location: KWT (Plant Office)

Job Responsibilities

1. Follow up on customer orders, verify production status, and ensure timely shipment arrangement.
2. Assist in preparing sales documents such as quotation, purchase order, invoice, and packing list.
3. Maintain communication with customers to update order status and handle general inquiries.
4. Monitor material and production readiness with PMC and warehouse teams.
5. Support new project setup, documentation, and internal coordination.
6. Record and update sales and shipment data for reporting purposes.
7. Support quotation preparation and coordinate with costing, planning, and engineering teams.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
2. 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, sales support, or customer service (export experience is a plus).
3. Basic understanding of production flow and materials coordination.
4. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in English and Chinese communication; candidates with these skills will be given preference.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
7. Positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to work in a team environment.
