Job Description

  • Run end-to-end sales presentations: establish rapport, follow the consultative Sales Process, lead on-site tours, present features/benefits, handle objections, close contracts, and follow up with new members.
  • Partner with Sales Management to reduce cancellations, analyze issues, and complete purchase summary worksheets.
  • Provide prompt service to prospects and members: answer inquiries, use internal tools/resources effectively, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve: manage time, adopt company culture/processes, refine presentation techniques, join trainings/meetings, mentor junior Executives, stay current on relevant market/events, and handle other duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Executive Arabic Speaker should have:

  • Fluency in Arabic, with strong communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in sales or a related role within leisure, travel & tourism.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Sales-driven, client-focused communicator with strong attention to detail.
  • Flexible to work occasional nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
