About the School

We are a growing international school offering a high-quality British-based curriculum in a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. As our school community continues to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Admissions Officer to support student recruitment, parent engagement, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

  • Plan and implement marketing activities to promote the school (online and offline)
  • Manage social media platforms, school content, and promotional materials
  • Coordinate school events, open days, and promotional campaigns
  • Assist in maintaining the school website and marketing assets
  • Support brand consistency across all communications

Admissions

  • Handle enquiries from prospective parents via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins
  • Conduct school tours and support open house events
  • Guide parents through the admissions process from enquiry to enrolment
  • Maintain accurate admissions records and student databases
  • Provide timely follow-ups and excellent customer service to families

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field
  • Experience in marketing, admissions, or customer relations (school experience is an advantage)
  • Strong communication skills in English (and/or Chinese is an advantage)
  • Confident, friendly, and professional when dealing with parents and students
  • Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools
  • Must be a Thai
