Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Social Media Outreach & Client Engagement Associate to drive recruitment, communication, and listing promotion efforts across Instagram, Facebook, and our internal CRM (Kommo). This role is ideal for someone passionate about student housing, social media strategy, and direct digital outreach. You'll be responsible for maintaining an active social presence, engaging with potential student clients, and ensuring smooth communication and tracking in our systems. You must be

proficient in using AI tools like ChatGPT and be skilled with Gmail.

Key Responsibilities:

Instagram Recruitment & Engagement

  • Follow and message Students using school-related IG accounts
  • Post content, answer story replies, and share pinned posts to increase visibility.
  • Conduct off-campus housing story polls and manage the follow-up pipeline.

Facebook School Group Posting

  • Engage with students in FB school chat/housing groups.
  • Send 20+ personalized DMs daily using FB handles.
  • Repost awareness content in FB groups where allowed.
  • Connect FB users to IG via friend requests and handle sharing.

Client Support Posting

  • Refer leads through pipeline
  • Repost listings for clients experiencing low traction on Instagram.
  • Post client listings regularly on IG stories (per the Handbook).

Kommo CRM Management & Customer Service

  • Respond to incoming messages via Kommo and update pipelines.
  • Repost group chat content to IG stories.
  • Communicate errors or listing concerns with the team (e.g., Ong).
  • Coordinate with apartments and management over Instagram DMs.

Tools & Platform Uses

  • Instagram

– Content creation, DMs, and polls.
- Facebook

– Group engagement, direct messaging.
- Kommo CRM

– Pipeline management, automation, client tracking.
- WhatsApp

– Internal team communication.
- Google Docs/Sheets

– Task tracking and content references.

Qualification: Required Skills & Attributes

  • Strong communication and writing skills in English and Thai (Native)
  • Proficient in Instagram and Facebook navigation.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn (Kommo preferred).
  • Capable of handling and prioritizing multiple repetitive tasks.
  • Adaptable and quick to follow new processes (via guides & handbooks).
