Key Responsibilities

1. On-Ground Community Building

· Be visibly present in the gym to welcome guests, give tours, answer questions, sell memberships, and guide newcomers.

· Help new students integrate socially and understand how the camp works.

· Identify guests who are shy, unsure, or feeling lost and support them proactively.

· Build rapport with fighters, long-term members, and regulars to maintain a strong culture.

2. Events & Social Activities

· Plan and organize weekly and monthly community events (beach workouts, excursions, social nights etc.)

· Ensure events run smoothly and are well-attended.

· Coordinate with the marketing department in the organization of events, planning, execution.

3. Online Community

· Respond to Google Reviews in a timely, brand-aligned manner.

· Identify guests with good energy for potential features or content.

· Support influencer visits and fighter drop-ins with good hosting

· Familiar with Google Sheets, Docs, and CRM systems

· Able to coordinate event schedules & guest lists

· Ability to manage WhatsApp groups, community chats, etc.

· Comfortable using social media tools (facebook groups)

4. Guest Experience

· Work closely with front office to ensure guests feel looked after throughout their stay.

· Collect feedback on classes, environment, coaches, facilities, and report insights.

· Spot issues early (lonely guest, unhappy guest, poorly integrated guest) and resolve them.

· Ensure the culture remains friendly, positive, welcoming, and professional.

5. Internal Coordination

· Coordinate with marketing for community-driven content.

· Coordinate with coaches to support class participation and social cohesion.

· Work with front office to support smooth guest onboarding

· Help coordinate logistics of group trips/ & retreats 6. Culture & Standards

· Uphold and promote the Bangtao values in the gym daily.

· Set community guidelines and reinforce respectful behavior.
