Job Description

  • Product Vision & Strategy - Define and execute product vision that enhances the firm's market differentiation and client engagement across digital trading, wealth, and investment platforms.
  • New Product Development - Lead cross-functional collaboration to design and launch new financial products including online trading, robo-advisory, investment insights, and portfolio analytics tools.
  • Customer-Centric Design - Drive UX/UI excellence and ensure seamless client journeys across mobile and web platforms.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence - Monitor fintech and securities market trends to identify opportunities for product diversification and innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership - Collaborate closely with Technology, Marketing, and Business Development to ensure product initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Regulatory Alignment - Work with compliance teams to ensure all product offerings meet regulatory requirements under SEC/SET guidelines.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Chief Product Officer should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Technology-related field.
  • Over 10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years at senior or C-level within brokerage, fintech, or digital banking.
  • Strong understanding of retail and institutional trading products, wealth management, and investment applications.
  • Proven success in scaling digital platforms or financial ecosystems.
  • Strong leadership presence, strategic thinking, and ability to translate market trends into actionable product roadmaps.
