Mold Manager

Working Location: Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate

The role

The Mold Manager is responsible for leading mold operations, improving mold efficiency, and ensuring mold-related processes support stable production and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

1. Establish KPIs and manage overall performance of the Mold Department.
2. Follow up on mold repair and new mold fabrication to ensure alignment with plans.
3. Coordinate with related departments to reduce machine breakdowns caused by mold issues.
4. Analyze mold problems and determine corrective solutions with cross-functional teams.
5. Manage mold department systems to maximize operational efficiency.
6. Prepare monthly performance summaries and improvement plans for unmet targets.
7. Control and manage department budgets and expenses.
8. Oversee mold repair techniques and mold process management.
9. Develop employee skills by introducing new techniques and solutions.
10. Improve mold efficiency and support product development and mold repair capability.
11. Control ISO systems and participate in internal and external audits.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
2. At least 10 years of experience in metal molds and/or plastic molds.
3. Ability to design molds and manage mold structures and processes.
4. Strong knowledge of mold manufacturing processes, maintenance, and systems.
5. Advanced AutoCAD skills.
6. Knowledge of ISO 9001, TS16949, and ISO 14001.
7. Conversational English communication skills.
