Household Merchandise

Key Responsibilities:

• Managed
  merchandising strategy for Household & Lifestyle category
  , including planning, budgeting, and selection.
• Oversee inventory across stores, warehouses, and shipments to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Provide direction on product selection, pricing, margin, and promotional plans.
• Conduct sales forecasting, performance, and GP analysis to maximize sales and profitability.
• Lead OTB planning and develop seasonal merchandise strategies.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to ensure effective product assortment and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Visual Merchandising, and Operations teams to align merchandising directions.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiating improved trading terms.
• Prepare and review regular sales, inventory, and performance reports for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in
  retail merchandising (Household & Lifestyle category preferred).
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability in negotiation and team management.
• Commercial mindset with a good sense of merchandising.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English (communication, writing, and reading).
