IT Administrator

Beervana is Thailand's leading specialty beer supplier - and we are looking for an IT Operations Lead to support our digital transformation and help take us to the digital promised land. We're a fun, young organization, casual, social and like a family. If we match, you will help spearhead implementing our new ERP system and will "own" the system in the future. You will report directly to the CEO and work with our leaders, teams, and external consultants to build a tech-driven future for our company. We're looking for a hands-on problem-solver who is self directed and will fit our quirky culture.

1. Support ERP Implementation

• Map our current data processes (Accounting, Sales, Supply Chain, etc.).
• Work with our consultants to manage the data migration from our current system to a new ERP
• Train our teams on the new system and processes.
• After launch, measure, manage and find ways to improve the new system.

2. Manage Daily IT Operations

• Provide friendly IT support (hardware, software, network) for our 50-person team.
• Manage all tech vendors and IT purchasing, staying on budget.
• Keep our company website online and updated with new products and prices.
• Help plan future tech projects, like our B2B portal.

• Is a strong project manager who can map and improve business processes.
• Has experience managing an ERP implementation (like Odoo, SAP, or Netsuite).
• Is comfortable providing daily IT support.
• Has experience managing IT budgets and vendors.
• Can manage a website (updating products, prices).
• Communicates clearly in Thai with basic English skills.
