About the role

This full-time role at MSC 3D ENGINEERING COMPANY LIMITED' is for a Design Engineer who will be responsible for designing plastic parts, such as bumpers, grilles, steel body parts, wheels, and wiring harnesses using CATIA V5,V6 software. The role is based in Bang Khen, Bangkok.

What you'll be doing

  1. Design plastic parts, including bumpers and grilles, using CATIA V5,V6 and NX software
  2. Design steel body parts , Chassis and Al wheels
  3. Design wiring harnesses and Lamp Design
  4. Work closely with the engineering team to ensure designs meet technical and quality requirements
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design-related issues
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest design technologies and trends in the industry

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in product design, preferably in the automotive industry
  3. Proficient in using CATIA V5, V6 and NX software for 3D design and modelling
  4. Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
  5. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  7. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  8. Effective communication and collaboration skills
