  • Prepare financial modeling for business valuation and perform feasibility analysis for equity offerings.
  • Analyze company fundamentals and financial statements to deliver actionable insights that support equity issuance and strategic decision-making, while helping stakeholders manage potential risks.
  • Prepare information memoranda (IM), filing documents, investor presentations, and regulatory submissions in accordance with SET and SEC requirements.
  • Perform and co-ordinate end-to-end ECM transactions with internal teams (e.g., research, legal, compliance) and external stakeholders (e.g., issuers, regulators, investors) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support deal origination efforts, including pricing strategy, term sheet structuring, internal approval processes, and deal execution.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities such as the SEC and SET, as well as legal advisors and auditors, to ensure transaction compliance and readiness.
  • Prepare pitch books, equity market updates, and other marketing materials to support client engagements and business development.
  • Conduct KYC/CDD on corporate clients, management teams, and shareholders as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CFA charter is a plus.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent command of English (both spoken and written).
  • Team player with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Equity Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or related field.
