Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute the full payroll cycle, ensuring timely and accurate payment while maintaining compliance with current labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain the integrity of HR data by managing employee records, including attendance, leave, personal details, and employment status changes such as transfers, promotions, and role adjustments within the HR system.
  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits frameworks that are competitive, market-aligned, and supportive of organizational goals and employee engagement.
  • Manage the performance management process to encourage accountability, development, and sustained high performance.
  • Prepare and submit payroll- and HR-related documentation, including statutory filings, tax reports, and benefits-related reports in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises, including tracking actual performance against approved budgets.
  • Review, enhance, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Act as a point of communication for company rules, HR policies, and employment guidelines, ensuring consistent understanding and adherence across the organization.
  • Manage HR operations and General Affairs activities such as immigration matters, outsourced service providers, business registrations, travel coordination, office administration, and facilities management.
  • Lead and coordinate administrative support teams, including front-desk personnel, drivers, housekeeping staff, and messengers, to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Drive and participate in strategic and operational HR initiatives as assigned by management.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR and administrative processes to improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience.

Required Qualifications

  • In-depth understanding of payroll administration, taxation, compensation structures, and labor legislation related to rewards and benefits.
  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience across comprehensive HRM and General Affairs functions.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Working-level English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive, service-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
