Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage the recording of the company's financial transactions.
• Verify the accuracy of accounting documents such as receipts and invoices.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, such as the Profit and Loss Statement and the Balance Sheet, to present to management.
• Prepare the company's annual budget.
• Prepare project costings/platform costs.
• Monitor the expenditures of each department.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and calculate/submit taxes on time.
• Advise on appropriate tax management and ensure timely tax payments.
• Coordinate with external auditors for the annual financial audit.
• Prepare necessary data for financial audits and financial statement certification.
• Manage working capital to ensure smooth business operations.
• Oversee and develop the accounting and finance team to ensure sufficient skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated on accounting laws and regulations.
• Advise the team and management on compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
• Gender not specified
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position in accounting or finance
• CPD certification and knowledge in internal controls and system design
• TOEIC score of 650 or higher
• Strong team management skills
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Peak, Oracle, etc.
• Experience working in a Group of Companies or a public company will be an advantage
