Guest Relation Officer

Duty and responsibility:

· Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcome and check them into the training class.

· Providing front desk services to guests, assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties.

· Delivering mail and messages.

· Being a source of information to guests on various matters

· Answer questions about the Gym, its amenities, services and local area

· Resolve guest complaints or problems if they arise, and diffuse conflict or tense situations with guests

· Communicate with other staff members to ensure guest needs are met

· Handle guests' payments and maintain accurate records

· Ensure that the lobby and reception area are kept clean and tidy

· Coordinate transportation such as taxis or rental cars for guests

· Be available to answer questions or respond to requests at all times.

· Handle group inquiries and provide accurate information on special group offers.

· Act as the primary point of contact for group organizers before arrival and throughout their stay

· Assist with arranging custom schedules, private sessions, or special training requirements for groups in coordination with coaches and management.
