We are looking for experienced Game QA Testers with strong language proficiency in
Japanese, English, and Thai
to support game testing, localisation quality checks, and overall product quality assurance for multi-language game titles.

Responsibilities

  • Perform
    functional and localisation QA tests
    across multiple game titles.
  • Identify, report, and track bugs using internal bug-tracking tools.
  • Review Japanese–English–Thai text in-game for linguistic accuracy, cultural suitability, and consistency.
  • Conduct regression testing to verify bug fixes.
  • Collaborate with development teams, localisation teams, and overseas stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback on UX, UI consistency, readability, and in-game user experience.
  • Support milestone submissions and quality evaluations throughout development cycles.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in
    Japanese, English, and Thai
    (reading/writing/speaking).
  • Experience in
    QA testing, localisation QA, or translation
    (preferred 2–5 years or veteran-level).
  • Knowledge of game development pipelines is a plus.
  • Ability to work with bug-tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, etc).
  • Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for video games and familiarity with various game genres.

Preferred Skills

  • JLPT N2 or above (or equivalent proficiency).
  • Business/Professional English proficiency.
  • Experience in console/PC/mobile game QA.
  • Ability to communicate with cross-regional teams (Japan, SEA, Europe, etc.).
  • Understanding of QA methodologies and localisation workflows.
