Responsibilities

  • Provided support for 400+ users, support in person, over the phone, or via remote access.
  • Installing, configuring and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, printers, scanner, IP Phone.
  • Manage network infrastructure (LAN, WiFi , Switch, Router, Firewall - Fortigate)
  • Create and manage user accounts, reset passwords, and assign access permissions.
  • Purchase IT equipment.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to maintain / repair of computer and equipment.
  • Cloud - AWS / Server / Operation level system monitoring.
  • IT Audit Preparation & Control factor management & Monitoring
  • Google Workspace Administration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, System Support, or a related role (experience supporting a large number of users is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, networks, printers, scanners, and IP phones.
  • Solid understanding of network infrastructure including LAN, WiFi, switches, routers, and firewalls (experience with Fortigate is a plus).
  • Experience in user account management, access control, and password reset.
  • Basic experience with cloud platforms and server operations, including system monitoring (AWS experience is a plus).
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration.
  • Knowledge of IT audit preparation, control factors, and compliance monitoring.
  • Experience in IT equipment procurement and vendor coordination for maintenance and repair.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills with a service-minded attitude.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
