หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

วางแผน ,ควบคุม, ดูแล การจัดเก็บ และเบิกจ่ายสินค้า จากศูนย์กระจายสินค้าไปยังสาขา สำหรับสินค้า ให้เป็นไปด้วยความถูกต้อง รวดเร็วและทันเวลา

วางแผนปฏิบัติการ ในการรับ จัดเก็บ และเบิกจ่ายสินค้า เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานบรรลุเป้าหมายรวม และทำงานได้อย่างถูกต้อง รวดเร็วและทันเวลา

3.     ควบคุม ตรวจสอบการรับสินค้า โดยติดตามตรวจสอบรายงานการปฏิบัติงานประจำวัน และช่วยแก้ปัญหาเพื่อให้สามารถนำสินค้าเข้าพื้นที่จัดเก็บภายในเวลาที่เหมาะสม ได้อย่างถูกต้องครบถ้วน แล้วเสร็จในเวลาที่กำหนด

4.     ควบคุมดูแลการเบิกจ่ายสินค้าภายในศูนย์กระจายสินค้า โดยต้องจัดสินค้าออกจากคลังสินค้ามายังพื้นที่ ส่งมอบสินค้า เพื่อรอจัดส่งเข้าพื้นที่ ได้อย่างถูกต้อง รวดเร็ว เพื่อให้สามารถจัดส่ง ได้ทันตามเวลาที่กำหนด

ควบคุมยอดสูญเสีย ที่เกิดในขั้นตอนการรับ จัดเก็บ เบิก และจัดส่งสินค้า อันเกิดจากการสูญหายแตกหักเสียหายหรือส่งผิด เพื่อให้มียอดการสูญเสียน้อยที่สุด และต้องวิเคราะห์ปัญหา หาสาเหตุที่เกิดขึ้น และกำหนดแนวทางแก้ไขทันทีหากพบว่า ยอดการสูญเสียเพิ่มขึ้น

6.     ดำเนินการวางแผนจัดระบบการทำงาน เพื่อแก้ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในการปฏิบัติงานประจำวันของฝ่าย เพื่อให้สามารถทำงานได้อย่างคล่องตัว และรัดกุมขึ้น และดำเนินการฝึกอบรม พัฒนาพนักงานให้มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ขอบเขตหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบของตนเอง และสามารถทำงานในหน้าที่ได้อย่างถูกต้อง และรวดเร็ว

7.     จัดทำรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานของฝ่าย โดยรวบรวมวิเคราะห์จากรายงานผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาแล้วสรุปสาระสำคัญเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชาเป็นประจำทุกเดือน

8.    พัฒนาทีมงานและผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้มีความรู้ความสามารถและทักษะในการทำงาน  ตลอดจนสร้างบรรยากาศเพื่อส่งเสริมการทำงานเป็นทีม เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายตามนโยบายของบริษัทฯ
