Job Responsibilities

-Supervise and oversee daily operations.

-Introduce and recommend fine jewelry products including diamonds, gold, and gemstones under international brands, with the ability to actively propose and close sales.

-Maintain a clean and organized sales area to ensure readiness for welcoming customers at all times.

-Manage and monitor stock accuracy to ensure products are available for sales display.

-Review and refresh product knowledge and sales techniques daily while awaiting product setup.

-Explore and implement sales strategies across all channels, including in-store and online, while building connections to achieve both individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

-Open to all genders

-Education: High school diploma (Grade 12) to Bachelor's degree

-Language proficiency: English (TOEIC score 550+) and Chinese (HSK Level 4 or 5) — language allowance provided

-Pleasant personality, strong interpersonal skills, service-minded, and sales-oriented

-Minimum of 2 years' experience in jewelry sales

-Previous experience in a Manager or Assistant Manager position is preferred

-Ability to work well under pressure

-Flexible to work according to mall opening and closing hours
