We are seeking an Executive Mobile Application Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of a global, enterprise-grade mobile platform. This role is responsible for leading the architecture, development, and launch of a high-visibility application that will be used by customers worldwide.

You will collaborate directly with C-level stakeholders, shape the product vision, and oversee the technical execution from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead the full lifecycle of mobile app development, from initial strategy and architecture through to build, release, and continuous improvement.


• Partner closely with C-suite executives to translate business objectives into a clear product and technical roadmap.


• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile solutions suitable for global usage.


• Work hands-on across a range of modern technologies, frameworks, and tools (iOS/Android native, cross-platform frameworks, cloud services, backend integration).


• Build and guide a high-performing engineering team; set coding standards, review architecture, and ensure delivery excellence.


• Oversee integration with backend systems, third-party services, and cloud infrastructures.


• Establish best-practice processes for CI/CD, QA, release management, and ongoing monitoring.


• Ensure world-class user experience, performance, and reliability across all regions.


• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and executive communication for a mission-critical product.

Requirements


• 10+ years of experience in mobile application development with strong hands-on expertise in iOS, Android, or cross-platform technologies (e.g., Flutter, React Native).


• Proven experience architecting and delivering mobile apps from scratch, ideally at global scale.


• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at executive and board levels.


• Proven experience leading / overseeing teams of 80+ people.


• Deep understanding of mobile architectures, API design, cloud technologies, security best practices, and modern software development principles.


• Experience building and mentoring engineering teams in high-growth or enterprise environments.


• Track record of delivering high-quality, user-centric mobile products under tight timelines.


• Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive product and technology decisions.

Nice to Have


• Experience with analytics, A/B testing, performance tuning, and large-scale mobile rollout.


• Exposure to DevOps, microservices, or distributed system design.


• Background in global consumer products or platforms with millions of users.
