PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

Provide assistance and support to the Human Resources department in a range of HR Officer duties, including the creation and distribution of employment contracts and new starter paperwork.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)

  • Creation and amendment of employment agreements and variation letters
  • Coordinating the sending and receipt of all new starter paperwork for timely processing by HRIS & payroll
  • Ensure high standards are maintained and HR policies and procedures are correctly followed
  • Ensure timely processing of staff terminations and other employment changes
  • Keep up to date and be able to provide basic award &classifications interpretation, leave policies as required

  • Provide administrative support and assistance as required for:

-   Creating and distributing new hire Employment Agreements

-   Creating and distributing contract variations, transfers, promotions, status changes

-   Making up of employee new start and induction paperwork

-   Answering enquiries in relation to new starters

  • Assist with recruitment administration as required
  • Answer HR incoming calls and queries
  • Provide ongoing support and administrative assistance to the human resources consultants and managers
  • Continually provide high levels of customer service
  • Provide relief to reception, recruitment and payroll administration as required
  • Provide administrative support and assistant for hiring in term of visa and work permit process and ensuring all employees have the right to work at the organization
  • Display a CARE service to all internal and external parties
  • Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employment policies and procedures

  • Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Demonstrates high level of autonomy and ability to work with minimum supervision
  • High level of flexibility and ability to respond to internal client's needs
  • Ability to solve routine problems
  • Ability to contribute positively to team goals and objectives
  • Ability to multi-task and demonstrate high levels of initiative
