Quarry Division Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, control, and manage production operations of quarry, crushing plant, and dolomite grinding plant to meet company goals in terms of quality, quantity, cost, and safety.
• Develop annual production plans and budgets aligned with company objectives.
• Manage manpower, machinery, and resources efficiently.
• Monitor and improve production processes to ensure quality and productivity standards.
• Provide guidance and problem-solving to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee workplace safety, health, and environmental practices (HSE).
• Develop and train staff to enhance team performance and technical skills.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Procurement, and Maintenance, as well as external agencies and authorities.
• Prepare and report production results and performance analysis to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quarry, crushing plant, mineral grinding, or heavy manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of production systems, quality management, and safety standards (ISO, Safety, Environment).
• Excellent leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Computer literacy and basic English communication skills.
• Possession of a Professional Engineering License is an advantage.
