Warehouse Upstream

Policy & eligibility: Define seller eligibility for onboarding to fulfillment business (e.g. categories, item sizing, minimum order, SKU efficiency requirements). Continuously refine the optimal criteria to ensure a healthy balance between business growth and warehouse capacity.

Seller acquisition: Work closely with Commercial teams on seller acquisition incentives and rollout - Capacity governance: Set and govern daily/monthly inbound quota and days of coverage (DoC) for each warehouse and each business unitInbound compliance: Maintain and audit the warehouse inbound checklist. Ensure compliance from sellers and adoption from warehouse operations.

VAS offerings: Define Value-Added Services (VAS) offerings, pricing, and eligibility criteria. Benchmark with other players and countries on missing capabilities to serve all demands and niches.

Demand analysis: Analyze incoming sellers/SKUs demand to assess operational impact and resource requirements for the warehouse.

Feedback loop: Maintain a continuous feedback loop between Commercial and Warehouse Ops to flag operational challenges and refine onboarding/inbound plans accordingly.

Visit warehouses to understand operational complexity and gather firsthand insights from ground teams.

Key KPIs: fulfillment orders, SKU efficiency, # of SKU, SKU size mix, inventory DoC.

Requirements: 3-7 years of experience in project-based roles across tech, e-commerce, operations, supply chain, or strategy.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret information and translate it into action.

Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills across office and ground teams.

Highly self-motivated and adaptable; thrives in fast-paced or ambiguous situations.

Willing to visit warehouses and collaborate with ground teams.

Proficient in English communication, the team is highly international.
