As the Group CFO, you will be a pivotal executive leadership team member. Your role will involve overseeing all financial operations on a global scale, driving financial excellence, strategic planning, and ensuring effective financial governance across all international subsidiaries. You will also serve as a financial expert, advising and collaborating with business heads across various entities.
Responsibilities includes:
- Global Financial Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive global financial strategy that aligns with our company's vision and business objectives. Adapt these strategies in response to global market dynamics.
- International Financial Leadership: Lead and guide financial teams across multiple international locations. Foster a collaborative and innovative global finance community.
- Global Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee the global budgeting and financial planning process. Utilized data-driven insights to drive decision-making and implemented cost-control measures to enhance profitability.
- Global Financial Reporting: Prepare and present consolidated financial reports to the CEO, board, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Risk Management: Develop comprehensive global risk management strategies and continuously monitor and mitigate financial risks associated with international operations.
- Global Treasury Management: Optimize global cash flow, liquidity, and currency risk management strategies.
- Global Capital Management: Oversee global capital allocation strategies, considering diverse international markets and opportunities.
- International Legal Compliance: Ensure global compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
- Global Stakeholder Relations: Collaborate with international partners, external auditors, agents, suppliers, legal advisors, and financial institutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (master's degree and CPA preferred).
- Experience as a CFO in a global organization or multinational corporation.
- Strong understanding of international financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Proven experience in leading global finance and accounting teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and complex global business environment.
