Job Description:

  1. Customer Communication and Support: Maintain close communication with clients and respond promptly to their needs.
  2. Supply Chain Data Analysis and Support: Collect and organize operational data related to the supply chain.
  3. Team Collaboration: Coordinate resources across different teams (e.g., warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, customer service) to enhance overall team efficiency and delivery performance.
  4. Internal Operations & Process Management: Support internal management processes, ensure SOP compliance, and assist in improving operational discipline across supply chain activities.
  5. Customer & Channel Management Support: Assist in managing customer-related processes and channel operations to ensure smooth coordination, service consistency, and issue resolution.
  6. Cost & Quality Control Support: Monitor cost drivers and quality-related issues within supply chain operations, support data collection for cost control, and help identify quality improvement opportunities.
  7. Supplier Coordination & Performance Support: Support supplier communication, basic performance tracking, and coordination to reduce dependency risks and ensure continuity of supply.
  8. Risk Identification & Mitigation Support: Assist in identifying operational risks related to communication gaps, cost overruns, quality issues, and supplier dependency, and support improvement actions such as process optimization and efficiency enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management

  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or customer/supplier coordination, preferably in transportation, warehousing, or cross-border operations.

  • Able to communicate effectively in both Chinese and Thai.
  • Minimum HSK 4 required
  • Strong analytical and process optimization skills to enhance supply chain efficiency and accuracy.
  • Effective cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external partners.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to provide timely and practical supply chain solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address operational issues quickly and effectively.
  • Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
  • Clear and professional communication skills to ensure smooth operational collaboration.
