We are seeking a Senior Engineer Equipment to drive equipment efficiency and reliability by setting up and driving key performance indicators such as OEE, UDT, and MTBF, and leading preventive maintenance and troubleshooting efforts.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

  • Set up and drive effective indicators to measure equipment performance such as OEE, UDT, MTBF, FPY, PM Fulfillment, etc
  • Overall responsibility as a team member for New Test system & test hardware qualification, product qualification & production readiness.
  • Drive preventive maintenance (PM) systematic & compliance to perform regular PM, troubleshooting and repair of equipment to ensure safety, high availability & reliability.
  • Analyze parts usage & life span to ensure optimum machine performance& drive cost effective PM program by managing PM cost within budget.
  • Guide & promote data analysis using appropriate statistical tools to analyse & understand trends, deviations and take actions to rectify andre-validate.
  • Strategize & Plan machine overhaul & reconditioning based on need and usage
  • Develop equipment and tools work instruction & manage training for operators, technicians and engineer as required.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • As the Tester Equipment Engineer function, you will be responsible to setup & drive effective indicators such as OEE, UDT, MTBF, FPY, PM Fulfillment, etc.
