This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership responsibilities in a dynamic field service environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical LeadershipOversee mobile technical service teams providing electromechanical maintenance across Thailand marketDiagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical system failures in commercial buildingsDevelop technical service protocols and maintenance standards for field operationsEnsure compliance with Thai electrical and mechanical safety regulationsService Operations ManagementManage mobile service delivery schedules and resource allocation across multiple client sitesCoordinate emergency response services and critical system repairsInterface with clients to assess technical requirements and provide solutions recommendationsOversee service quality standards and customer satisfaction metricsTeam DevelopmentLead and mentor technical service engineers and field techniciansConduct technical training programs on electromechanical systems and safety proceduresRecruit and develop local technical talent to support business growthFoster collaborative relationships with engineering consultants and contractorsBusiness SupportCollaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during client consultationsSupport business development activities through technical presentations and proposalsMonitor service delivery costs and identify operational efficiency improvementsMaintain relationships with equipment vendors and service partnersRequired QualificationsEducation & CertificationBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical disciplineProfessional engineering license or equivalent technical certifications preferredThai language proficiency; English communication skills essentialExperience RequirementsMinimum 7-10 years experience in electromechanical service industryProven track record in mobile or field service operations managementExperience with commercial building systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, elevators, and fire safety systemsPrevious leadership experience managing technical service teamsTechnical CompetenciesExpert knowledge of mechanical systems including pumps, motors, compressors, and building automationStrong electrical systems expertise covering power distribution, lighting, and control systemsProficiency with diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and maintenance management systemsUnderstanding of building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in ThailandLeadership SkillsDemonstrated ability to lead and develop technical teams in fast-paced service environmentStrong problem-solving capabilities with focus on customer satisfactionExcellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordinationProject management experience with ability to handle multiple concurrent service assignmentsThis role offers the opportunity to lead technical service excellence while building strong client relationships in Thailand's dynamic commercial real estate market.Location: On-site –Bangkok, THAIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableAt JLL, we harness the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to efficiently accelerate meaningful connections between candidates and opportunities.
