IT Technical

Responsibilities

•  Efficiently and promptly resolve issues with information system equipment for employees within the organization.

•  Evaluate and analyze issues based on IT requests to propose solutions for supervisor review and decision-making.

•  Monitor and coordinate procurement processes related to IT equipment and other associated systems.

•  Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

•  Assist in the maintenance of IT inventory and asset management.

•  Develop and maintain a comprehensive and accurate database related to information technology systems, ensuring it is verifiable.

Qualification

•  Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.

•  Previous working experience as an IT Technical Support Officer at lease 1 year.

•  Understanding of technology and IT-related equipment.

•  Knowledge of SAP systems.

• Knowledge of negotiation, procurement, and purchasing processes. 

•  Expertise in technology systems and computers, including both hardware and software.

•  Fresh graduate are welcomed.
