Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the New Product Development (NPD) and existing product renovation processes.
  • Plan, implement, and control the product development timeline to ensure alignment with established objectives.
  • Coordinate with both internal teams (various company departments) and external partners (OEMs, ODMs, suppliers) to ensure all projects are developed and launched according to the agreed timeline.
  • Research and monitor market trends, identifying new raw materials, formulations, packaging innovations, and technologies to support product development.
  • Summarize and report the progress of assigned NPD projects to supervisors and relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and provide accurate product information and technical data to internal departments.
  • Conduct product testing and summarize test results for review and decision-making.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in skincare product development.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end product development process.
  • Proficiency in both English and Thai (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively across teams and functions.
