Position: Warehouse Senior Supervisor

Working date: Mon - Sat (work every other Saturday (ทำงานวันเสาร์ เว้น เสาร์))

Location Working: Thai Usui Co,. Ltd. (Ayutthaya)

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate receipt, storage and distribution of raw material and goods,

This role ensures compliance with safety regulations, maintains inventory accuracy, and leads the warehouse team to meet KPI performance and quality standards that support business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define and supervise the storage, management, finished goods, raw materials, parts and operation of employees in the warehouse department to comply with the quality management system and in accordance with the company policy.
• Oversee inventory levels by performing counts, managing stock, and ensuring the accuracy using SAP/ERP system
• Control routine working and able to reach the target of section and department
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and handle transportation schedules
• Collaborate with management to plan and optimize the use of warehouse storage space.
• Ensure that the routine working must be aligned with ISO and company standard/rules
• Other duties assigned by the management

Experience/Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 5 years' working experience in field of warehouse
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes including inbound, storage, picking, packing, outbound, and inventory control.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to control manpower and operation efficiency
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and data analysis skills
• Good knowledge of Logistics system, Warehouse management, Leadership
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
