Responsibilities:
Drive internal control initiatives and ensure regulatory alignment across functions and locations.
Assess operational workflows and IT controls to enhance process reliability and risk mitigation.
Produce process documentation, flowcharts, and risk-control references as part of control evaluations.
Collaborate with departments to support the adoption of internal procedures and compliance standards.
Conduct independent assessments to identify control gaps and recommend process enhancements.
Compile findings into structured reports and management summaries for decision-makers.
Monitor follow-up actions to address issues identified in previous evaluations.
Deliver awareness sessions, briefings, and staff training related to internal controls and risk topics.
Lead or support investigations into non-compliance, fraud, or unethical behavior.
Introduce and support enterprise risk management (ERM) tools, structures, and reporting practices.
Assist in tracking key risk indicators (KRIs) and developing risk profiles for strategic oversight.
Build a culture of accountability through workshops, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
Develop and implement systems to collect, analyze, and interpret risk-related data effectively.
Work closely with business units to identify potential risks, strengthen controls, and support risk-based decision-making.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Law, or Business Administration.
At least 3-5 years of experience in audit, risk management, or internal controls, in industrial/manufacturing or multinational settings.
Professional certifications are advantageous.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proven project management experience, capable of handling multiple priorities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
Familiarity with internal control standards.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong command of English and Thai (both written and verbal).
