Key task หน้าที่
1 แยกเอกสาร จาก Recieving และตรวจสอบเพื่อจัดเรียงเข้า File Vender เจ้าหนี้แต่ละราย
2 แยกใบกำกับภาษี โดยนำต้นฉบับมาจัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ
3 กระทบยอดใบวางบิลของร้านค้า กับเอกสารที่ได้รับตามเจ้าหนี้ที่เข้ามาในระบบ
4 จัดทำใบสำคัญจ่าย Payment Voucher ผ่านระบบ Sunsystemเมื่อถึงกำหนดชำระเงิน
5 ส่งสลิปการโอนเงินให้ร้านค้า เพื่อขอใบเสร็จรับเงินมาแนบ Payment
6 จัดเก็บเอกสาร Payment Voucher พร้อมประทับตรา Paid ทุกชุด พร้อมนำเข้าแฟ้มจ่ายเงิน
Key Desired Outcome (ผลลัพธ์ที่ต้องการ)
1 ทำการจ่ายเงินได้อย่างถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน ตามระยะเวลา และข้อตกลงที่กำหนดไว้
โดยปราศจากข้อผิดพลาด ป้องกันการรั่วไหล และการทุจริต
2 การจ่ายเงินได้ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายด้านการจ่ายเงิน อย่างเคร่งครัด พร้อมหารือผู้บังคับบัญชา โดยทันที
หากพบปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น ตามนโยบายการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านการควบคุมเงินสดในมือ เงินสดย่อย และเงินทดรอง
Primary Competency สมรรถนะหลัก
1 จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
2 ต้องมีประสบการณ์กับตำแหน่งอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
3 สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Sun ,Word, Excel ได้ดี
4 สามารถตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสาร ต้นฉบับใบเสร็จรับเงิน และใบกำกับภาษีได้
