We're scaling a high-transaction fintech platform and need exceptional backend developers to join our technical leadership team.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Join us in transforming a rapidly growing fintech platform that processes significant daily transaction volumes. You'll have the opportunity to establish technical excellence, architect scalable systems, and mentor a developing team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead or contribute to critical financial transaction systems
  • Drive system modernization and architecture improvements
  • Implement robust testing, CI/CD, and quality assurance practices
  • Mentor and develop technical talent
  • Ensure high reliability and performance in production systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, BA, UX)

YOUR BACKGROUND:

  • 4-7+ years in backend development + .NET required)
  • Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or financial services (required)
  • Strong expertise in transaction processing, concurrency, and distributed systems
  • Proficient with: (Express/NestJS), .NET 6+, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis/RabbitMQ, Docker
  • Track record of building and maintaining high-reliability systems
  • For Lead role: 2+ years leading development teams (10+ developers)

LOCATION & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid unrestricted work authorization in Thailand (no visa sponsorship)
  • Native Thai language proficiency mandatory for regulatory compliance
  • Professional English proficiency
  • Bangkok-based position (On-site)
