Management of Continuing Airworthiness processes related to the administration of the aircraft maintenance programs developed and implemented by MJets for both MJets commercially managed / operated business jets as well as those independently operated

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and control a maintenance program for the aircraft managed and present the aircraft maintenance program and its amendments to the CAAT for approval.
  • Ensure maintenance of the aircraft is performed in accordance with the approved maintenance program and released in accordance with TCAR AIR Part-M Subpart H; and aircraft maintenance checks are performed within the limits prescribed by AMP.
  • Ensure that all defects discovered during scheduled maintenance or reported are corrected by an appropriately approved maintenance organization.
  • Ensure that the aircraft is taken to an appropriately approved Part -145 or Part -CAO whenever necessary.
  • Ensure aircraft is maintained in an airworthy condition and any operational and Emergency equipment fitted is correctly installed and serviceable or clearly identified as unserviceable.
  • Ensure certificate of airworthiness for all managed aircraft remain valid.
  • Ensure rectification is accomplished in accordance with the data specified in M.A. 403 and/or M.A. 401, as applicable, of any defect and damage affecting the safe operation, considering the approved MEL and CDL, as applicable to the aircraft type.
  • To analyze the effectiveness of the maintenance program with regards to spares, established defects, malfunctions and damage, and to amend the maintenance program if required.
  • To conduct periodic review of the maintenance program and ensure AMP is current and amended accordingly when necessary.
  • To ensure modifications and repairs are accomplished in accordance with M.A. 304.
  • Ensure that all applicable airworthiness directives, operational directives with a continuing airworthiness impact, continued airworthiness requirement established by the CAAT and measures mandated by the CAAT in immediate reaction to safety problems are accomplished.
  • Ensure that the mass and balance statement reflect the current status of the aircraft.
  • Accomplishment of pre-flight inspection to ensure aircraft is fit to make the intended flight and maintenance check flights when necessary.
  • Ensuring that technical system procedures are established and published within the organization, to achieve good practices and compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, to ensure that work is accomplished to the highest standards of airworthiness and workmanship as required by TCAR-AIR Part-M Part CAO, Part CAMO
  • Ensure that the contracts are in accordance with the Appendix to TCAR AIR Part -M (M.A. 201)
  • Manages the day-to-day operation of CAMO.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have Completed formal aeronautical education
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Part -CAMO in similar capacity.
  • Holder of Aircraft Maintenance Engineers License or
  • Holder of Degree together with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Completed CAR M regulations Familiarization
  • Human factors, Fuel Tank safety and EWIS Training.
  • AMP/MEL/CAME Training
  • Able to write and speak English fluently.
  • Aircraft Familiarization course on at least one type operated by MJETS
