หน้าที่หลัก:

  • ร่วมวางแผน จัดเตรียม และปรุงอาหารตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพของโรงแรม
  • ประสานงานกับเชฟพรีเมี่ยมเพื่อรับงานและวางแผนการปรุงอาหาร
  • ควบคุมดูแลและฝึกสอนลูกน้องเชฟเกี่ยวกับการปรุงอาหารไทย
  • ทำงานร่วมกับแผนกอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานประจำวันเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
  • ปรับปรุงและพัฒนาเมนูอาหารไทยให้ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า

ทักษะ คุณสมบัติ และประสบการณ์:

  • จบการศึกษาด้านการโรงแรมหรือศิลปะการประกอบอาหารเท่านั้น
  • มีประสบการณ์ในการเป็นเชฟในธุรกิจบริการอาหารไทยอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
  • มีความเข้าใจและสามารถปรุงอาหารไทยได้อย่างแม่นยำ
  • มีทักษะการบริหารจัดการ การวางแผน และความเป็นผู้นำที่ดี
  • ทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและสภาพแวดล้อมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงได้เป็นอย่างดี
