We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Ecommerce Manager to lead and grow our online sales for Absolute Plus (clear protein) as the main priority, while also supporting ecommerce initiatives for our fitness studio brands. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution, and who wants to make a real impact in a growing, purpose-driven company.


Key Responsibilities

1. Absolute Plus — Protein Ecommerce Growth
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy for protein product sales across DTC website, marketplaces, and social commerce.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns including PPC, SEO, paid social, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on influencer/partnership campaigns to align with ecommerce objectives.
  • Test and implement AI-powered personalization tools, chatbots, and retention strategies to boost conversions and repeat purchases.
  • Oversee product listings, content, and pricing accuracy across all platforms.

2. Studio Ecommerce Support

  • Support online sales for studio memberships, class packages, and branded merchandise.
  • Ensure studio websites are up-to-date, mobile-friendly, and optimized for bookings and e-payments.
  • Collaborate with studio marketing teams to integrate ecommerce best practices into promotions and campaigns.

3. Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and report KPIs including conversion rates, ROAS, customer lifetime value, and repeat purchase rates.
  • Use data insights to adjust campaigns, improve customer experience, and drive revenue growth.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Ecommerce Manager or senior ecommerce role, ideally in consumer products, nutrition, or wellness.
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) and digital marketing channels.
  • Experience with AI/machine learning applications in ecommerce is a plus.
  • Skilled in DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) growth strategies and subscription models.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Familiarity with Southeast Asian ecommerce markets preferred.
