Investment Banking – Senior Associate/Associate

The Borealis Advisory Co., Ltd.

We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical professional to join our investment banking team as a Senior Associate/Associate. This role involves supporting transaction execution, conducting financial analyses, and assisting in advising clients on strategic financial. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in investment banking, financial modeling, and transaction advisory and will work closely with senior team members throughout the deal process.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial analysis and construct in-depth financial models to support transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence and develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses and industries.
  • Formulate and execute financial and commercial strategies tailored to client objectives.
  • Prepare and oversee the development of pitch decks, client presentations, etc.
  • Draft and review regulatory documents required by authorities such as the SEC and SET.
  • Support and guide junior team members in financial modeling and transaction execution (for higher position).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field with a strong academic record.
  • Experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, or a related financial sector.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial structures.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Fluency in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
