What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide practical legal, compliance, and risk management advice to management and business teams
  • Work closely with regional teams in English, ensuring alignment with regional policies and governance frameworks
  • Identify, assess, and manage legal, regulatory, and operational risks across the business
  • Ensure compliance with commercial laws, labor laws, customs clearance regulations, logistics laws, and other applicable business regulations
  • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial, logistics, and service contracts
  • Support business operations related to customs clearance, import–export regulations, and trade compliance
  • Advise on labor law and employment-related matters, working closely with HR and management
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on business and risk exposure
  • Support company-wide risk management frameworks, internal controls, and compliance programs
  • Coordinate with external legal advisors, consultants, insurers, and government authorities when necessary
  • Promote a strong compliance and risk-conscious culture through internal communication and awareness initiatives

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Law (LL.B., LL.M. is a plus)
  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written), essential for regional collaboration

  • Experience in:

  • Logistics, transportation, or supply chain businesses, or

  • Legal or risk consulting with logistics-related clients, or
  • Strong interest and hands-on exposure to logistics laws and risk management

  • Solid knowledge of:

  • Commercial and contract law

  • Labor and employment law
  • Customs clearance and import–export regulations
  • Logistics, transportation, and trade-related laws
  • Risk management, internal controls, and compliance frameworks
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and provide practical solutions
