Job Purpose

Support to formulate tax policies and procedures to ensure global compliance requirements. Assist in 
preparing of CbCR, BEPS Pillar 2, Transfer Pricing documentation. Provides analytical support on tax 
aspects of deregistration, mergers and acquisitions, and post-deal integration or transition activities.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop an appropriate tax policy and procedure to align with business direction including 
    providing tax standard, guideline, regulations and practice
  • Prepare and maintain documents/reports to tax authorities including CbCR, BEPS Pillar2(Globe 
    Return) (if any), Transfer Pricing Documentation, etc.
  • Monitor local and international tax developments (e.g., BEPS Pillar 2, digital tax, sustainability 
    reporting) and assess their potential business impacts. 
    Study, plan, and manage tax-related deregistration process for liquidating companies
  • Coordinate and closely work with relevant parties such as Business Development function, 
    Operations and JVs assets including legal, commercial, corporate secretary, and PTT Group on 
    tax strategy activities
  • Conduct tax due diligence, propose optimal tax structure and support M&A activities. 
    Provide input to Business Development and/or relevant business units regarding tax procedures 
    and tax accounting for Mergers and Acquisitions and post-due diligence transition process.
  • Review, analyse, and evaluate financial information, business and commercial context relevant 
    to tax matters for optimization of tax strategies
Professional Knowledge & Experiences
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance. Certificates or higher degree in Taxation 
    are preferable.
  • At least 2-5 years working experience in tax compliance or auditor or general ledger accounting 
    or accounting standard or transfer pricing.
  • Understand the tax compliance, tax accounting process and business requirements 
    Demonstrate skills to comprehend tax and business issues affecting tax results and digitize tax 
    compliance
  • Good command of written and spoken English (TOEIC=750 at minimum)
