Responsibilities and duties: ADMINISTRATION & GENERAL

·       Ensure that the department is being run efficiently and that the work flows coming into and out of the department are managed with discipline and timeliness.

·       Will follow the monthly deadline calendar for text and marketing material very closely in order to ensure the right information is provided at the right time.

·       Prepare, process, and manage the work flow of documentation required for approvals and to follow up to obtain the required approval.

·       Keep well informed about the various outlets in the company.

·       Preparing news releases of event for the company.

·       Maintain and updates record of partners/clients' mailing list.

·       Collect updated database from each department in company to manage the main database.

·       Attend marketing meetings and any other key meetings.

·       Validate and fulfill all internal and external marketing communications and requests, either personally or by directing to another member of the department, ensuring that appropriate and timely action is taken.

·       Collate and summarize historical promotions research, competitor and market data for department's reference and presentations.

·       Collate and summarize current promotions/offers and distribute to all concerns.

·       Represent the company at cocktail parties/dinners where appropriate.

·       Handle site inspections as required.

Responsibilities and duties: MARKETING STRATEGIES - internal & external

·       Work in line with business needs

·       Assist with promotions (e.g., seasonal sales promotions and special events)

·       Assist in the development of promotional strategies and coordinate tactical promotion at resort level including logistics.

·       Coordinate with Marketing department and other departments to facilitate promotional functions.

·       Supporting the implementation of company's marketing & communications plan that support strategic marketing communications objectives.

·       Serve as liaison between resort and advertising agencies, freelance talent, print suppliers and other marketing services for creating resort printing collaterals, advertising, e-direct mail, and other promotional tools.

·       Will be responsible for creating and communicating ideas in order to increase awareness of the resort in the market.

·       Develop marketing packs & giveaways for clients visit.

·       Co-ordinate company photography shoots/talent where required, within budget.

·       The 'Marcom' may be called upon the undertake activities outside their own area to publicize resorts other than her own for specific programs.

·       Coordinate and maintain the working relationship with current and new strategic communications partners such as credit card companies to ensure all communications materials provide are accurate and updated.

·       Maintain and update company's information with third party communication channels.

Responsibilities and duties: ONLINE MARKETING

·       Gather and analyze information relating to online marketing i.e., google analytics, SEO, and retargeting/remarketing.

·       Develop and manage online activities accordingly, in order to either to create awareness, reminding of brand existence, and to lead customers into purchasing.

Responsibilities and duties: BRAND STANDARD

·       To develop and foster a positive image and relationship between the company and the public, i.e., vendors, suppliers, clients and the community.

·       Assist with brand standards policing.

·       Co-ordinate company brand standards collateral.

·       Maintain collateral and conduct occasional audit.

·       Proof read copy of advertising, collateral and press releases where appropriate.

·       Manage the development and production of company's collateral and brochures, graphic logos, brand standards, guidelines and distribution of marketing communication program through the agency, designers, print vendors, distribution agencies.

Required Qualifications:

As we are an agency, the number of properties under responsibility will depend on the clients acquired during that period. The role requires the ability to manage and work with multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Required skills:

·       Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the resort, the brand and the company.

·       Problem solving

·       Proficient in the use of Thai and English.

·       Good writing skills

·       Well present

Experience:

· year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Accountability:

·       Number of employees supervised: 3

·       Direct - Assistant General Manager / Director of Marketing Communication

·       Indirect – GM

·       Completion of assigned tasks/projects

·       Meeting of Deadlines

·       Monthly report of marketing communication activities

·       Decision making responsibilities

·       Within the authority as assigned for company

Key Relationships:

·       Key internal relationship:

·       Assistant General Manager.

·       Other marketing communications team member i.e., Content and Graphic.

·       Sales team.

·       Accounting.

·       Purchasing

·       Strategic partners i.e., banks, credit card companies, malls, and other corporate in similar market positioning.

·       Suppliers i.e., photographers, printers, collateral, creative houses and production houses.

·       Interact with clients and individuals outside the company including, but not limited to, current and potential clients, owning company representatives, suppliers, competitors and other members of the local community.

Working Hours

• 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
