Role:

The SEO Specialist is a crucial role within our Technical Department, enabling us to improve website visibility for clients across diverse brands and industries. Specifically, this entails:

  • Analyzing, reviewing, and making recommendations for websites to increase visibility.
  • Conducting keyword research to drive qualified traffic.
  • Developing and executing link-building strategies.
  • Creating detailed SEO strategy reports.
  • Serving as the lead point of contact for all matters related to your accounts.

This role demands a mastery level of SEO analysis, strategic thinking, technical expertise, communication, adaptability, and collaboration. To be successful, you must have:

  1. Proven experience in SEO strategies and best practices.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

External:

  • Perform keyword discovery, optimization, and technical website reviews to increase visibility.
  • Develop link-building strategies to drive domain authority and traffic.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing account performance and meeting objectives.

Internal:

  • Analyze data and results to identify trends and ensure maximum ROI on paid search campaigns.
  • Create detailed strategy reports and present them to the team.
  • Prepare performance analysis reports and recommend corrective actions for ongoing optimization.
  • Support team members by sharing knowledge, conducting training, and developing materials to address skill gaps.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of team efficiency and productivity.

Results:

  • Drive organic traffic growth, keyword ranking improvements, and higher conversion rates.
  • Maintain a portfolio with a high client retention rate by effectively managing accounts and meeting SEO objectives.
  • Consistently deliver tasks on time, adhering to established processes and documentation standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
  • Expertise in keyword research, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • A collaborative team player with a passion for learning and innovation.
